Mound Nov 11 – IA Neftegaz.RU.Transneft – Sibir replaced 2 pump-motor Assembly (MNA) at the oil pumping station (OPS) Setovo-2 Tobolsk trunk pipeline Department of oil-trunk pipeline (MNP) Nizhnevartovsk, Kurgan – Kuibyshev.
This was announced by Transneft.
In the course of the works installed modern pumps manufactured by Transneft Oil Pumps (Chelyabinsk) with the capacity of 10 thousand m3/hour of oil and new motors.
All units have higher efficiency, longer overhaul interval, and lifespan.
Also, the replacement of the oil system, piping system leaks and drainage with the installation of modern vibration sensors, temperature, pressure.
Work on site was carried out for 6 months.
New electric pumps connected to the infrastructure MNA Nizhnevartovsk – Kurgan – Kuibyshev and commissioned in accordance with the schedule.
