The Cabinet has allocated 12 billion rubles for the creation of new places in schools in the framework of the elimination of the third shift. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The funds will go to Buryatiya, Dagestan and Chechnya, where in some areas students continue to study in three shifts. Part of the money is also intended Ingushetia. In the schools of this Republic the third shift is gone, but the shortage of places remains. Mishustin at the Cabinet meeting saidthat every child in the country should be able to study in good conditions.

Some time ago, President Vladimir Putin instructed the government to calculate the need for additional school places because the number of students is increasing. The work on creation of new places is part of the national project “Education”.
