The Federation Council was skeptical of the idea of a zero rate of VAT on products

Senator Konstantin Dolgov praised the idea of introducing a zero rate of VAT on products ordered remotely during a pandemic. Earlier it was put forward state Duma Deputy Vasily Vlasov.
