Supply of equipment for combined cycle thermal power plant of Nizhnekamskneftekhim completed by 97%

Nizhnekamsk, October 21 – IA Neftegaz.RU.In Nizhnekamskneftekhim continues active implementation of the project for the construction of new thermoelectric power CCGT-power station with a capacity of 495 MW. The main equipment delivered to the site.
This was reported by Nizhnekamskneftekhim.

At the construction site in full swing construction and installation work.

The main equipment manufactured and delivered to the site of PGU-thermal power plant:

  • 2 gas turbine unit (GTU),
  • steam turbine installation condensation type,
  • 2 steam drum waste heat boiler horizontal flue pipes.

Equipment delivery is made by 97%.
The total number of personnel on construction sites 1470 people.
The total building area is of 7.46 hectares.

Installation of cooling towers which is designed for cooling the technical water used in the operation of the main and auxiliary equipment.

The height of this highest hydraulic structures of the station is 89 m.

Mounted 2157 tons of metal that is 100% complete.

Now is the bonding material of the sprinkler of the cooling tower (manufacturer of sprinkler units).

PGU-TES necessary to ensure current and future production of electricity and for the disposal of products of processing of associated petroleum gas (APG).

The General contractor of the project is Siemens oil & gas and Energy contractor company ENKA.

The contract for the construction of thermal power plant turnkey Nizhnekamskneftekhim signed with Siemens in December 2017.

In the fall of 2018 Nizhnekamskneftekhim received a loan from Deutsche Bank in the amount of 240 million euros to Fund the design.

In October, 2019 in Moscow on REN-2019 Nizhnekamskneftekhim and Siemens Gas Turbine Technologies signed a contract about long-term maintenance of the station.

This agreement ensures the implementation of long-term maintenance of the main equipment of the object under construction combined cycle thermal power plant for Nizhnekamskneftekhim.

To introduce a combined cycle thermal power plant in operation is planned in 2021
