Makhachkala, November 3 – IA Neftegaz.RU. Chernomortransneft completed the modernization of the system of measurement of quantity and indicators of quality of oil (SIKN) for the line operation dispatcher station (lods) Sulak Tikhoretsk regional Department of main pipelines (MNP) in Dagestan.
This was announced by Transneft.
On the sink was replaced with a system of information processing (SDI).
SOY provides reception, processing and display of status information from the sink, generates commands of operational management and automatically measures weight and oil quality parameters.
In the framework of technical re-equipment was installed cabinets with new measuring instruments and equipment: measuring and computing the controller, the programmable logic controller, industrial computers and uninterruptible power supply.
Equipped with the new automated workplace of the operator.
Modern high-tech equipment produced by the Center for industrial automation Transneft – Upper Volga is characterized by high accuracy and fault tolerance.
After a successful period of trial operation SIKN was adopted in the work.
Measurement system quantity and quality indicators of oil LPDS Sulak provides commercial accounting of oil arriving on the territory of the Russian Federation by tankers across the Caspian sea from the Kazakh and Turkmen fields.
The system allows to determine the mass, volume, density, pressure, temperature and viscosity of oil.
The event was held in the framework of the program of technical re-equipment, reconstruction and overhaul of production facilities Chernomortransneft.
The goal is to ensure a high level of control of the accounting and settlement operations and uninterrupted operation of measuring instruments and equipment.
