The head of the Russian Cabinet Mikhail Mishustin discussed with the Deputy head of the security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev the preparation of the new draft three-year budget for 2021 and for the planning period in 2022 and 2023 years. Politicians agreed that the document should retain a social orientation.
