Kyiv, Nov 13 – IA Neftegaz.RU. Residents of 11 communities in 5 regions of Ukraine remain without heating due to debts to heat producers.
This was reported by the press service of Naftogaz.
The company said that the debts have 16 heat producers.
These companies do not fulfill any of the requirements for receiving gas under PSO (Laid special obligations).
Without heating there are residents of some settlements in Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr, Luhansk and Odessa regions.
There is warmth make the last 16 of the companies (93), have not eliminated your debt.
The rest have paid the debt within the last 4 months.
Mandatory conditions the supply of gas provided by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Among them is the signing of the agreement with Naftogaz and compliance with one of three conditions:
Calculations by more than 90% under the contracts. For manufacturers whose property is managed by the state property Fund – to more than 60%;
The conclusion and execution of the restructuring agreement of the debt for gas consumed;
The performance of the repayment schedule
debt and ongoing payments.
